Porcini Butterflies Noodles

Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in water for half an hour, and cut the bell pepper into strips.

Boil the water, pour oil and salt in the water, and cook the butterfly noodles for about 10 minutes, depending on how hard or soft you like. When it's done cooking, remove it from cold water and drain.

Put oil in a hot pan, fry porcini mushrooms and bell peppers.

Pour the butterfly noodles and stir fry.

I cut some ham slices and fry it together

Season with some salt, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Tips:
The pasta should be kept in good time. It can’t be cooked for too long.
