Poria Ding, Lotus Seed and Barley Soup

Wash the yam, barley, and lotus seeds and soak them for 15 minutes in advance.

Peel the ginger slices and cut into small pieces.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the lean meat, blanch and remove and drain.

Put water, ginger slices, soaked yam, barley, and lotus seeds in the pot.

Then continue to add the lean meat, bring to a boil over high heat, and then reduce the heat to a simmer for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle some salt to taste and just serve.
Tips:
Add appropriate amount of ginger slices to remove fishy pork tendon when it is flying.
