Cishijiegua Soup for Relieving Heat

Soak barley and ginseng in water for 30 minutes in advance;

Peel the zucchini and cut into large pieces;

After washing the pork tendon, cut into large pieces, or use pork bones instead;

Add zucchini, pork tendon, soaked ginseng, barley, lily, two slices of ginger and candied dates into the soup pot;
