Pork Belly Steamed Vermicelli

Prepare the pork belly.

Slice the prepared pork belly, add black tempeh, salt and mix well to taste.

Put the mixed pork belly in the pot and steam for 20-30 minutes.

Prepare and soak the potato flour in warm water.

Add salt and chili oil to the soaked vermicelli in a clean bowl, mix well with black tempeh and set aside.

Chop the green cabbage and buckle the bottom of the bowl, then buckle the mixed vermicelli, as shown in the picture.

Then buckle the steamed pork belly on top of the vermicelli, as shown in the picture.
9.
Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes and serve.
