Pork Belly Tomato Rolls in Late Night Canteen
1.
Pork belly is frozen. Ceramic knife for slicing thin slices of meat horizontally
2.
Wrap the tomatoes in a circle or two
3.
The bamboo stick is inserted
4.
Heat up a nonstick pan and fry the meat skewers over high heat
5.
Brush mirin and Japanese soy sauce mixture
6.
Turn it over properly until no raw meat is visible, at this time you can fry on low heat
7.
Sprinkle chopped green onion
Tips:
The pork belly is peeled, because the skin takes longer to be cooked, and it won’t be able to bite without peeling.
The meat must be thinly sliced! Just roll one or two turns, otherwise you won't get familiar with it. Frozen a sharp crosscut.
If you are worried that the meat will not be cooked, add a little hot water, wait for the hot water to boil, and then fry the meat dry, you can eat it with confidence.
Chopped green onion can enhance the flavor, but it is optional
