Pork Belly Yam Soup
1.
Prepare the ingredients: pork belly (I bought the pork belly head and the meat is thicker and more delicious). Rub peanut oil and salt back and forth and rinse with water. Peel the yam. OK), wash the remaining coriander and other materials;
2.
Wash the pork belly (I am the whole stew) with flying water, cut the yam into pieces, soak the red dates, wolfberry, and Codonopsis in warm water for a few minutes to drain, and slice ginger;
3.
Put all the ingredients in the pot (put it behind the wolfberry and coriander) and bring it to a low heat;
4.
Boil for more than an hour to put goji berries and coriander;
5.
Add the right amount of chicken bouillon and salt to season out.
