Pork Blood Porridge

Cut the pig blood into small pieces, salt it for 15 minutes and let the water out, then drain off the water for later use.

The rice is cooked into porridge.

Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

Cut green onions into cubes for later use.

Add ginger when the rice is relatively rotten.

6. Add pig blood, cook for 15 minutes, add salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
