Pork Blood Tofu Soup

Cut the tofu and pig blood into cubes, blanch them separately, and remove them for later use. When blanching the pig blood, add a small amount of cooking wine to taste. Stir the starch with water and set aside.

Add water to the pot, boil and add the greens.

Add blanched tofu and pork blood after the greens are cut. Add appropriate amount of salt, and add water starch after the water boils.

Add chicken essence according to your taste, add chopped green onion before serving
