Pork Blood Tofu Soup with Oyster Sauce

The pork blood and tofu are both cut into squares of the same size

Hot oil pan

Pour in tofu and pork blood

Stir fry a few times, add salt

Stir evenly

Pour in the right amount of water

Cover the pot and simmer for a while

When the juice is slightly collected, pour in oyster sauce, sprinkle in appropriate amount of green onion and ginger
Tips:
Tofu and pork blood are easier to cook. Don't stir-fry too much, just pour in water and simmer for a while.
