The fragrant rice porridge and the calcium-rich pork bones make this pork bone porridge attractive enough.

Pork Bone Congee

1. Wash the pig bones and cut into pieces. Wash and shred ginger. Red dates are pitted.

2. After washing the rice, put it in a rice cooker, put the pork bones, red dates, ginger, and wolfberry in it. Add an appropriate amount of water.
