Pork Bone Double Winter Tofu Soup
1.
Put cold water and pork bones in a pot, raise the fire, boil the water for a while, pick up the bones and wash the foam with hot water;
2.
Remove the pits of the red dates, put a large iron pot, put 1/3 full of water, put 1 mushroom, 1 red date, and 5 dried shrimps into the pot, and heat until the ingredients become soft;
3.
Scoop up the ingredients, slice the mushrooms, knead the dried shrimps, add them to the soup and cook;
4.
Cut the tofu into cubes and pour it into the soup. After the soup is boiled over high heat, change to medium and low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes;
5.
Add winter melon and boil it until the winter melon becomes transparent and ripe. Add a little salt when drinking the soup.
Tips:
1. There are too many dried shrimps, red dates and mushrooms. The soup is too thick and needs to prevent dryness and moisturize. It feels better for the soup to be lighter;
2. Don't put salt in the soup, it will affect the nutrient release of the ingredients.
