Pork Bone Yam Soup
1.
Wash the pork spine and chop it into small pieces with a knife.
2.
Blanch the pork spine, remove the blood foam and remove it for later use.
3.
Add enough water to the casserole, add the pork spine, ginger, cinnamon, and bay leaves to a boil over high heat and then simmer on a low heat.
4.
Cut the tender corn into small pieces.
5.
Boil the casserole for 30 minutes, then pour in the tender corn cubes, and continue to simmer on low heat.
6.
Peel the yam and cut into pieces with a hob.
7.
Pour the yam chunks into the casserole.
8.
Sprinkle in goji berries.
9.
Add appropriate amount of refined salt and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. After the pork bones are cut into pieces, the blood foam can be removed by blanching, and the soup will be clear after stewing.
2. Wear disposable gloves or wrap your hands with plastic paper when peeling yam to prevent the yam mucus from sticking to your hands.
If you accidentally stick yam mucus on your skin, you can wash the itchy parts with vinegar (it is effective after my experiment).
