Pork Buns with Mushrooms and Chives.

Use warm water to dissolve the yeast powder and let it stand for 5 minutes, and then mix it into a dough for proofing.

Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Wash and chop the shiitake mushrooms and leeks separately.

Cut the green onion and ginger into finely divided pieces.

Cut the pork into minced pieces and fry with peanut oil until 6 is ripe and set aside.

Put the pepper in a bowl and pour it with hot water. Skim the pepper to avoid making it into water.

Add all the chopped ingredients and minced meat with pepper water, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and peanut oil and mix thoroughly.

After kneading the dough, take a part and knead it into a long strip, then cut it into dough and press it flat.

Wrap the fillings after rolling into the skin.

After buns are made into buns for a few minutes, steamed in a pot on cold water for 20 minutes, simmer for a few minutes and then remove the lid.
