Pork Cabbage Dumplings

Prepare pork and cabbage stuffing.

Add salt, cooking oil, and warm water to wheat flour.

Then knead it into a smooth dough.

Cover with a damp cloth and relax for half an hour.

Take out the loose dough and add a little dry powder, knead until smooth, and knead into long strips.

Tips:
After making the dumplings, stir them a bit to avoid sticking to the pan. Then cover, boil for the first time, add a bowl of cold water in, and continue to cover and cook. For the second boil, add a bowl of cold water, cover and cook. For the third boil, open the cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. Once the dumplings have surfaced, they can be fished out.
