Pork Cabbage Rolls

Get all the materials ready!

Wash the cabbage, put the pot on the fire, add a proper amount of water, and after the water boils, put the cabbage in boiling water and blanch it;

Mince the front leg meat;

(Mushrooms and fungus are foamed in advance), shredded mushrooms, fungus, and carrots;

Pour the chopped shiitake mushrooms, fungus, and carrots into the chopped meat, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and mix well;

Take a piece of boiled cabbage and put in an appropriate amount of meat;
7.
First roll up both sides of the cabbage;
8.
Start to roll up from the cabbage leaf;
9.
Roll up all the cabbage rolls in turn;
10.
The cabbage rolls are steamed on the pot, (about 10 minutes)
Tips:
Note: 1. Only the leaves of cabbage are taken, which makes it easier to roll up;
2. The time when blanching cabbage should not be too long;
