Pork Crystal Dumplings

Dumplings are left with carrot and pork filling.

Pour an appropriate amount of boiled water into the orange powder, stir with chopsticks, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Knead it while it's hot.

Knead the long strips and cut them into even pieces.

Roll into an even skin.

Add the fillings.

Make dumplings

Steam in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. The water should be boiled. After pouring the water, simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Knead it into a ball while it is hot, and crack if it is cold.
3. When making dumplings, take out one piece of the skin, and cover the rest with a lid or a damp cloth. The dried skin will crack.
