Pork Feet, Duck and Lotus Root Soup

Prepare the ingredients: old duck, pig's feet and lotus root.

After the duck and pig’s feet are cleaned, boil it in a pan under cold water and cook for 1 minute. After boiling the blood, drain the dirty water and clean it.

Replace the water with fresh water, chop the lotus root into large pieces and put it in the pot, add the shallots and ginger, boil for 5 minutes on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about an hour.

Stew until it can be easily pierced with chopsticks, and the soup is clear.
Tips:
If you don't need duck and pig's feet, you can use spare ribs. It is a famous food in Wuhan.
