Pork Floss Bread
1.
Weigh high-strength flour, sugar, yeast
2.
Use warm milk to dissolve the yeast, then add high-energy flour, sugar, and salt (a little) to a basin, and mix well.
3.
Fold the noodles in the direction of stiffness, knead the noodles until they become vigorous (I almost feel my hand will break at this step)
4.
Melt the butter, add it to the dough and continue to knead until the film can be pulled out. (Of course, I may not have done a good job in this step. Because of time and physical strength, I will knead it to 70%.
5.
Put it in the oven and set it to ferment for 20 minutes
6.
Fermentation is doubled, and the first fermentation is complete.
7.
Exhaust the air by squeezing it by hand, and then cut the fermented dough into pieces, then put it in the oven and leave it to rise for 15 minutes. The second fermentation is complete.
8.
Knead the fermented dough into the desired shape, put it in the oven again, and ferment for 20 minutes to complete the third fermentation.
9.
Add a small amount of salad oil to the egg mixture and brush it on the surface of the bread.
10.
Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. When baking, pay attention to observe the color change of the bread at any time.
11.
Cut the bread in the middle and spread salad dressing on the inside and on the surface. Coat enough meat floss and you're done
