Pork Floss Bread
1.
Pour all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket, and press the kneading button (don’t pour all the milk in, it’s best to save some, and add it according to the flour condition when mixing)
2.
When kneading to the expansion stage, add butter and continue kneading
3.
Knead to the complete stage, you can pull out a large piece of film
4.
. Put it in the bread bucket for the first fermentation to double the size
5.
Poke a hole in the middle of the fermented dough without collapsing or shrinking. That means it's fermented
6.
Take out the dough and vent it, then divide it into 8 equal parts (if the baking pan is small, it is recommended to divide into 6 equal parts), knead round, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes
7.
Take a dough and roll it into a slice, and spread the pork floss on top
8.
Then fold the left and right sides in like this. Then squeeze tightly, be careful to squeeze tightly. Otherwise it will easily fall apart when fermented. After squeezing it, turn it over and close it up. Put it in the baking dish
9.
Put everything in the oven to ferment. Ferment to double the size
10.
Coat the surface of the fermented bread with egg yolk liquid and sprinkle with sesame seeds (preheat the oven to 175 degrees)
11.
Bake in the oven 175 for 15 to 20 minutes, the temperature is for reference only
12.
The prepared bread can be coated with salad dressing and then covered with pork floss. This makes the taste richer
Tips:
The bread must be kneaded into a large piece of film, so that the bread will be soft and delicious. The making of this bread is quite simple. The only thing to pay attention to is that the water should not be poured in all at once, because the water absorption of each flour is different, please add it according to your own flour absorption.
