Pork Floss Bun

Add high-gluten flour, soy milk, oatmeal, 1 egg and auxiliary materials into the bread machine and stir to ferment.

Take the dough and wrap it in pork floss to make a shape.

Seal the dough and make a few cuts on the top layer.

Fermented again twice as large.
5.
Break up the remaining egg and brush with egg wash.
6.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes.

Baked.
