Pork Floss Cake Roll

Prepare all the materials.

Pour the milk and mix well.

Add caster sugar.

Sift low flour.

Stir until there are no particles, add vegetable oil.

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, beat at low speed until thick bubbles, add fine sugar.

Add granulated sugar and beat until fine bubbles.

Add the remaining caster sugar.

Beat until dry foaming.

Take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste.

Stir evenly with a spatula, then add the remaining egg whites and gently scrape from the bottom of the container to mix evenly.

Pour the batter into the mold covered with tin foil.

Smooth out the custard thoroughly.

Preheat the oven, 150 degrees, up and down, bake for 25 minutes. Just paint it.

Immediately after baking, take the broken cake out of the mold, tear off the four corners of tin foil and place it on the drying rack to cool. After cooling down, tear off the tin foil. Add an appropriate amount of pork floss, salad dressing, and roll the cake slice from one end.
