Pork Floss Cake Roll

1. Prepare all the ingredients and weigh the spare sausage, diced and chopped green onions

2. Separate the egg white and egg yolk in a clean basin, add powdered sugar to the egg yolk and lightly beat

3. Add water and mix well

4. Add corn oil in portions and mix well

5. Sift the low powder twice and add to the egg yolk

6. Stir evenly and let stand for later use

7. Add a little lemon juice to the egg white (Xia Xia added 2.5g)

8. Electric whisk at low speed to beat the egg whites to a fish-eye bubble shape and add 1/3 sugar

9. Turn to medium and high speed and continue to beat until milky white, add the remaining 1/2 granulated sugar

10. Beat until there are obvious lines and add the last sugar

11. Continue to beat at medium and high speed until you can see the sharp corners when you lift the whisk

12. Take 1/3 egg white and add egg yolk, stir evenly

13. Take the remaining 1/2 egg white and add the egg yolk batter, mix well

14. Add the mixed egg yolk paste to the remaining egg white bowl and mix well

15. Mix thoroughly and pour it into the mold with a few vibrations to expel large bubbles (mold 28x28 square plate)

16. Sprinkle evenly with sausage cloves, green onions and chopped white sesame seeds

17. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes

18. Take out the cake and let it cool on the grill

19. After the cake cools down, quickly turn it over to another clean greased paper and remove the greased paper on the surface.

20. Sprinkle some salad dressing and sprinkle some pork floss

21. Roll up the cake

22. Wrap it in oil paper and put it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour

Tips:

Xiaoxia made the cake roll for the second time and summed up the experience of the first time. The compact shape of the roll is obviously better than the first time. Because it is a salty cake, the amount of sugar is reduced. The sweetness and saltiness are more distinctive than ordinary cakes.
