Pork Floss Cup Cake

Beat 2 eggs into an egg-beating bowl without water and oil.

Add white sugar.

Beat well with a whisk.

Beat until the egg batter drips into the lines and does not disappear immediately.

Sift in low powder.

Stir evenly.

Pour in vegetable oil and stir evenly.

Add pork floss and mix well.
9.
Pour into paper cup molds.
10.
Put it into the preheated oven, middle level, up and down heat, 170 degrees, about 15-20 minutes.

Tips:
The whole egg must be sent in place. You can draw a figure of eight on the desk and don’t disappear immediately. I make the meat floss by myself, or you can buy it on the market.
