Pork Floss Meal Buns

All the ingredients except butter are put into the bucket of the bread machine in the order of milk, eggs, salt, sugar, (salt and sugar diagonally) milk powder, high-gluten flour, and yeast, and start a kneading program for 10 minutes.

After making the dough, pause for 8 minutes.

Add butter that has softened at room temperature, and continue to start a dough mixing program for 10 minutes.

After kneading the dough, check that the dough has reached a complete state.

The dough is rounded, put back into the bucket of the bread machine, and the bread machine fermentation program is started. (This bread machine can adjust the time arbitrarily. The system defaults to 1 hour. In summer, it can be set for 30-40 minutes. Observe the dough shape at any time

The dough has been fermented to twice its size. Dip a hole in the flour with your fingers and does not shrink or collapse to indicate that it is well developed.

Take out the dough, divide it into 9 small doughs, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 8 minutes.

Take a small loose dough, roll it into a round piece, and put on homemade pork floss. (You can also buy it in the market)

Wrap it up like a bun, with the mouth down and rounded.

The other doughs are made one by one and arranged into the baking tray.

Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, and do not start the fermentation in summer (you can add a bowl of hot water to the oven to increase humidity) The dough is fermented to 2.5-3 times the size, take it out, and preheat the oven to 185 degrees.

Brush the bread with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds (or almond flakes).

Put it into the preheated oven and bake for 18 minutes at 185 degrees. After being out of the oven, the grilled nets are dried until hand temperature and sealed for preservation.
Tips:
1. The dough must be fermented in place, but not too much. Always observe the fermentation state of the dough.
2. For those who don't like to eat pork floss, you can pack it in jam or red bean paste, whatever you like.
3. The oven temperature is different, please adjust it yourself.
