Pork Floss Rice Ball

Steam cold rice for 5 minutes to make it moist and sticky. Spread it flat on the plastic wrap.

Spread the pork floss.

Spread sauerkraut. (It can also be replaced with mustard/dried radish/sugar/shredded cucumber and radish)
4.
Finally spread the dough sticks.

Knead into a ball.
Tips:
1. Steam the rice for 5 minutes, not too long, just a little moist.
2. According to one's taste, like to eat salty mustard or dried radish, like sweet and sweetened, like light and nutritious with cucumber and radish shreds. I just added some sauerkraut when there was sauerkraut at home.
