Pork Floss Rolls
1.
Pour the milk into the bread machine jar, put salt in one corner of the jar, sugar in the other corner, eggs, and flour.
2.
Press the program 8 key. It is best to turn off the machine after kneading the dough.
3.
Add butter to restart the program with 8 keys. Proceed to fermentation.
4.
The fermented dough is pressed out of air by hand, rounded, and fermented for 15 minutes.
5.
Roll out into square slices, the same size as possible on the baking tray.
6.
Put the rolled dough into a baking pan lined with greased paper. Carry out the final fermentation.
7.
After the fermentation is complete, pierce the small eyes with a fork.
8.
Brush with whole egg liquid.
9.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, chopped ham and chopped green onions.
10.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes, until the surface of the bread is golden brown.
11.
The toasted bread is upside down on another clean greased paper. Remove the baking tray and tear off the greased paper at the bottom.
12.
Put it into a large fresh-keeping bag and wait for the bread to cool.
13.
Spread the salad dressing on the bottom of the bread (the side that is not brushed with egg wash and sprinkled with sesame seeds).
14.
Sprinkle with pork floss.
15.
Roll the bread tightly. Let stand for half an hour to shape the rolls. After the rolls are shaped, remove the grease paper and cut the rolls into three sections.
16.
Put salad dressing on both ends of each section.
17.
Then stick the pork floss.
