Pork Floss Round Bread

Prepare raw materials: 320g high-gluten flour, 80g low-gluten flour, 80g eggs, 40g corn oil, 8g yeast powder, 40g sugar, 4g salt, 180g water, 60g pork floss.

Install a mixing knife on the bread bucket, add water, corn oil, and egg liquid (don't put all the egg liquid in, save a little for later brushing the bread).

Add sugar, salt, low-gluten flour, high-gluten flour, and yeast powder.

Install the bread bucket in the bread machine.

Start the "mixing" program.

After the end, start the "fermentation" program. This is a good state of fermentation.

Take out the fermented dough and press to exhaust.

Divide the dough into 5 portions, knead it round, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 5 minutes.

Put the bread dough into a non-stick baking pan.

Preheat the oven up and down at 170 degrees.

Brush the bread dough with egg liquid and sprinkle with pork floss.

Put the bread dough in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

The baked bread is out of the oven.
Tips:
The water in the formula can be replaced with other liquids.
