Pork Floss Salad Bread

All ingredients except butter are put into the bread bucket, and the dough mixing program is started for 10 minutes. When the time is up, pause for 10 minutes, add butter, and start the bread maker again for 20 minutes.

After stopping, check the dough and easily pull out a large piece of film (for children's shoes that can't pull out the film, see if there is any problem with the way of pulling the film).

Round the dough and put it back into the bread bucket to start the fermentation process (the program defaults to 1 hour). The dough is fermented to twice its size. Dip your fingers in dry flour and poke a hole. It will be ready without shrinking or collapsing.

Divide the dough into 6 small doughs and let relax for 10 minutes.

Take a loose dough and roll it out.

Roll up from the bottom up.

Pinch the seal tightly to prevent it from expanding during the second serve.

When everything is done, put it on the baking tray.

Put it in the oven for two times, and put a bowl of hot water at the bottom to increase the humidity.

The bread dough is fermented to 2-2.5 times the size, take it out, and brush with egg liquid. Preheat the oven up and down to 175 degrees.

Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes. Colored satisfaction stamped tin foil. After it's out of the oven, brush on the salad dressing, dip the pork floss, and the pork floss salad bread is ready.
Tips:
1Children's shoes without bread machine can knead the dough by hand, don't be afraid of hard work.
2. As soon as the status is enough, it will be fine.
3. The temperature and time of the oven are for reference only, and you should adjust it according to your oven.
