Pork Floss Seaweed Biscuits

Ingredients: (Two CK25B baking trays)
150g ordinary flour, 70g butter, 10g sugar, 2g salt, 1 egg (60g with skin), 45g pork floss, appropriate amount of seaweed (cut into pieces for later use).

Mix flour, yeast, pork floss, and seaweed.

The butter is softened, beat it with a blender, add sugar and salt and beat well.

Add eggs in portions and beat well.

Mix 2 and 4.

Grab it into a ball and roll it out into thin slices.
7.
Feel free to reshape, put it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees, about 12 minutes, the oil will smell out, and the surface will turn yellow.
