Pork Floss Toast Roll

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add in the chopped bacon and diced chives, mix well

Toast remove all sides

Spread the egg wash on the toast

Fry in the pan, put the egg mixture on the other side, and fry on both sides

Take out the pork floss and squeeze into the salad dressing

The rolled toast is served with salad dressing and pork floss on both ends.
Tips:
1. There is no need to put salt in the egg liquid, the meat floss and the salad are all tasteful
2. The bread should be pressed down a little when it is rolled, so that it is firm and not easy to fall apart
