Pork in A Pot

1. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices, shred the green onion, ginger, and carrot.

2. To prepare the batter: the ratio of starch to water is 2:1, and one egg white is added.

3. Put the meat slices in the batter and coat evenly.

4. Adjust the juice: add sugar, Donggu Yipin fresh soy sauce and Donggu white vinegar and stir well.

5. Put the tenderloin in the pan until it changes color and remove it.

6. The chopped carrot, green onion, and ginger are sautéed in the pan until fragrant, and then poured into the adjusted soup.

7. When the broth is boiling, pour in the tenderloin and stir fry evenly.

8. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
