The hot elbows just out of the pot are topped with garlic vinaigrette, and the wine and dishes are right now!

Pork Knuckle with Garlic Sauce

1. Wash one cucumber and one piece of braised elbow.

2. Cut cucumber into even thick slices (about 5 mm) with an oblique knife at 45 degrees.

3. The cut cucumber slices are evenly arranged around the plate.

4. Keep the skin of the elbow against the cutting board and cut into even pieces with a knife. Don't cut off the skin.

5. The elbow of the knife is neatly placed in the middle of the cucumber slice.

6. Take a small bowl, add garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil and stir well.

7. Pour the mixed juice evenly on the elbows.

Tips:

The elbow itself has a salty taste, so when mixing the juice, the amount of salt should be controlled.
If you like spicy, you can also add chili oil.
