Pork Liver Hor Fun

Shred all the side dishes and set aside. I will not post pictures one by one here.

Fry the eggs first.

Add oil to stir fry the chilies.
4.
Add pork liver. Marinate the liver with salt for a while in advance.
5.
Add shredded carrots and shredded cabbage and stir-fry together.
6.
Add eggs again.
7.
Stir-fry all the side dishes and add the pho. This will put all the seasoning in, the light soy sauce I used. salt. chopped green onion. There was no salt before.
