Pork Peanut Porridge

Potentilla is also known as ginseng fruit. Contains vitamins and magnesium, zinc, potassium, and calcium elements. It has high nutritional value. Potentilla hemp fruit grows in the soil, so it must be washed carefully before eating, and washed repeatedly until the water is completely clear.

Pottery hemp can be used with many ingredients, we like it with peanuts. So I prepared two kinds of ingredients at the same time. It is best to soak for a few hours after cleaning. I usually soak in the evening and cook the porridge in the morning.

Wash the rice or millet and put it in a pressure cooker, and put the soaked fern and peanuts inside. The ratio of fern, peanuts and rice here is 1:1:3.
