Pork Ribs and Bamboo Sun Soup

Bamboo fungus removes the roots and soaks with water

2. Boil water in the pot, add pepper, and remove the blood from the lower ribs

Put the blanched ribs in another soup pot and add some water

Add ginger, shallot and garlic

Pour in the cooking wine and boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour

1. Putting some peppercorns in the blanched ribs can help remove the fishy, and it can be left on
2. This soup wants the original flavor, so you don't need to put too many condiments
