Pork Ribs and Cabbage Soup
1.
Wash the ribs and soak the blood into an electric pressure cooker, add the scallion ginger cubes, pepper powder, add water to cover the ribs, turn the knob to "soup".
2.
The cabbage is cleanly cut into sections (the upper half of the leaves of the cabbage for soup, and the lower part of the cabbage is reserved for filling).
3.
Wash the cabbage.
4.

5.
After the pressure is reduced in the electric pressure cooker, pour the ribs and soup into the wok.
6.
Put the sliced cabbage into a wok and simmer.
7.
Add salt and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil (not too much!) to season it out, I love pepper so I added some. Up to personal preference.
