Pork Ribs and Chicken Stewed Fish Maw

Prepare the ingredients

Soak the flower gum in boiling water in advance to soften

Cut the chicken and spare ribs into pieces, wash, drain and put into the stewing pot

Tips:
The fish maw is soaked in boiling water to soften and then cut into the stew. For example, you can put some ginger slices in the soup that you eat in the morning to help remove the smell. Try not to put ginger in the soup at night and use a little tangerine peel. You don't need ginger and tangerine peel. I personally think that the clear soup is fresher and sweeter.
