Pork Ribs and Lotus Root Soup

Supermarkets buy 2 catties in straight rows and let the salesperson chop them into sections.

Cut the lotus root into sections, wash, sprinkle a little bit of salt, and marinate for a while, so that the lotus root will not change color.

Wash the ribs and put the ginger slices into the pressure cooker.
