Pork Ribs and Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Prepare the ingredients first: sliced winter melon, a few ribs, peeled shrimp into kernels, minced meat (three-point fat and seven-point lean taste better), an egg white

Blanch the ribs to remove the blood, then add water and cook for a while

Add an egg white, oyster sauce, and soy sauce to the meat filling. Stir vigorously. Don't put the chopped green onion yet
