Pork Ribs Enoki Mushroom Soup

Preliminary work (wash ribs and enoki mushrooms in blanching water, slice ginger, wash chrysanthemum chrysanthemum vegetables, and wash wolfberry in warm water for a few minutes);

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then put in the ribs and ginger slices (boil on high heat for about three minutes, reduce the heat to simmer);

Simmer for about an hour, then add enoki mushrooms and goji berries;

Next, add chrysanthemum chrysanthemum vegetables (cook for a few minutes);

Finally, put chicken essence and salt. (Seasoning out of the pot)
Tips:
Remember to make the soup: the preliminary work must be done well, especially the blanching and washing (if the soup is not cleaned, it will not be so pure)
