Pork Ribs, Green Carrot and Potato Soup

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, put 3 slices of ginger, turn on the fire, cut green radish, carrot, potato and tomato into hob pieces;

Turn on the fire until the water boils out of froth, pick up and rinse with hot water;

Wash the pot and open the hot water, add 3 slices of spare ribs and ginger, cook for about 20 minutes on high heat;

Add carrots, green radishes and potato pieces, bring the soup to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes;

Pour in the tomato cubes and cook for about 10 minutes on high heat. Add pepper and stir evenly. Add salt according to your needs when drinking the soup.
Tips:
Don't put salt when stewing the soup, wait until the soup is simmered before putting it.
