Pork Ribs in Black Bean Sauce

Wash the ribs, cook under cold water, add ginger slices, blanching the cooking wine, and boil for 10 minutes.

Remove the ribs, drain the water, add the oily tempeh (or mince the tempeh and add it), oyster sauce, and stir evenly so that each rib is covered with seasoning.

Put the ribs in a bowl.

Pour cold water into the pot, turn to low heat and steam for 40 minutes after boiling.

After the pan is out, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of chopped green onion.
Tips:
The method of oily tempeh: chop the tempeh, add ginger and pepper powder, put it in the oil, simmer the aroma on a low heat.
Oyster sauce and tempeh have a salty taste. Our family eats lightly, so no salt is added.
Using a pressure cooker saves time and trouble.
