Pork Ribs Soup

Chop the ribs into small pieces and add cold water to the pot.

Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine to remove fishy, blanch water to remove fishy and blood foam.

Add ginger slices, water, and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add carrots, corn, and salt, and simmer for 15 minutes.
5.
After adding the chopped green onion, just take it out of the pot.
