Pork Ribs Stewed Wild Lotus Root

Wash the ribs and drain.

Wild lotus root.
3.
Take an appropriate amount of wild lotus root and wash it without peeling it.

Put the ribs in a saucepan with water, boil over high heat and skim the foam.
5.
Add appropriate amount of ginger, a few grains of peppercorns, a few drops of vinegar and light soy sauce, cover and simmer for half an hour.
6.
Go to the lotus root and cut small pieces.
7.
Put the lotus root section into the pot and simmer for about 1.5 hours until the meat and lotus root are cooked.
8.
Finished product.
