Pork Ribs Water Chestnut Soup

Wash the ribs and set aside.

Wash the white radish, peel and cut into small pieces, wash and cut the fresh mushrooms in half and set aside.

The water chestnut is first cooked in water, cut in half with a knife, and the meat inside is peeled off for later use.

Put the ribs in a rice cooker, pour an appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices and boil together.

Boil to skim the froth, put the fresh mushrooms in, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and simmer for 20 minutes.
