Pork Spine Corn Lotus Root Soup

Wash the pork spine, thawed and rinse.

Boil the pork spine with ginger and wash it for later use.

Cut corn and carrot into small pieces, and cut lotus root into a hob shape.

Soak the soybeans softly (the soybeans are leftover from my soy milk).

Put all the corn, carrots, and lotus root in a crock pot, add a few pieces of ginger, and add water to cover the ingredients.
6.
Put the lid on the high heat and turn on the low heat for 2 hours.

It's time, start eating.

The corn is so sweet and fragrant, but the carrot in it is my favorite!
