Pork Squid Shreds

Soak dried squid shreds, wash and drain; wash and slice ginger, garlic, onion, and cut green pepper.

Pour oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic, and onion and stir fry.

Add the shredded squid and stir-fry.

Pour in the cooked braised pork and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add pepper and hang pepper, add a little salt and stir fry evenly.
6.
Add chopped pepper, add a tablespoon of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips:
Squid must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Because fresh squid contains a polypeptide component, if it is not cooked thoroughly, it will cause intestinal motility disorders.
