Pork Tongue

The pig’s tongue is cleaned. Boiling water in a pot. Cook it after two minutes of cooking_Because the white film of the pork tongue has a strong smell, we need to clean it up.

Pick up the pot and use a knife to gently scrape off the white film on it. Then continue to change the water and add cooking wine, pepper and ginger slices. Pot of cold water. Cook for 20 minutes. To make it easy to cook, we divide it into several sections. Scrape while it is hot.
