Pork Tongue with Red Pepper
1.
After buying the pig tongue, wash it clean, add water to the pot and boil it into the pig tongue. After five minutes, the pig will get foam on the surface and remove it. Take it out and put it in cold water for later use.
2.
Put ginger, star anise, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and water without pork tongue in the pot, boil on high heat and turn to medium heat and boil for half an hour (forget to take the picture of this step, take this instead)
3.
When the soup is almost received, add a little sugar to taste
4.
After the marinated pork tongue has cooled, slice it for later use (the marinated pork tongue is really fragrant, I can’t help but secretly eat a few pieces when slicing)
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced garlic and sauté
6.
Then add red pepper and stir fry. (I forgot another step, clean the red pepper and cut into filaments)
7.
Add the marinade just now
8.
Add the chopped braised pork tongue and stir fry evenly
9.
The finished picture, sauteed pork tongue with red pepper.
Tips:
Because the pork tongue is marinated, it has a taste, so just add a little salt to avoid too salty.
