Portuguese Egg Tart

120g whipped cream/120g milk/2 egg yolks/35g sugar/15g low-gluten flour

Put the milk, whipped cream, and sugar into a small pot and heat until the sugar melts, without boiling

After drying in step 2, put in the egg yolk and beat it evenly with a whisk

Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir evenly

Just pour the custard crust over 80%, mine is a bit too much

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and place it on the second level for 25 minutes. Adjust the temperature appropriately according to your own oven

The finished product is out
